 On the first and third Friday . . .

Our intercessory prayer-team gathers to lift up specific needs that they have been made aware of, and to intercede on behalf of our church, our community, our state, and our nation.

The prayer team meets every-other week, and is currently meeting on Friday afternoons. You can use our contact form to submit a prayer request or get more information about when they meet.

The second and fourth Friday . . .

 Our worship-team is at DayHOP for "Harp-and-Bowl" style intercessory Worship. 

The term "Harp-and-Bowl" is taken from Rev. 5:8 "Each one had a harp and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints" and refers to a blending of scripture-based praise & worship with intercessory prayer - much like the round-the-clock worship that took place in the tabernacle of David. (1 Chron 15 & 16).

What is DayHOP ?

Valleyview Church is part of a growing number of believers throughout Dayton and the Miami Vallley with a vision for establishing a 24/7 House of Prayer in the Dayton area, patterned after the Prayer-Room at the International House of Prayer (IHOP) in Kansas City.  Collectively, this group has adopted the name "Dayton House of Prayer".
